Tackling an architectural visualization project becomes truly stimulating when the starting point lacks a pristine 3D model and demands confronting the physical environment: photographic references of the current state, preliminary measurements, and the client's design expectations.

For this intervention, the methodology relied on analyzing existing images as a photogrammetric baseline, meticulously recreating the spatial geometry in Blender using precise metrics provided by the client. This yields a strictly scaled restoration proposal, serving as an operational instrument to finalize the executive project.

Strategic material fusion: a copper-veined black marble island and oak cabinetry meet translucent crystal furniture and polished microcement to integrate the interior with the garden's natural backdrop while creating a sense of contemporary luxury, serenity and deliberate material tension.

The project explores a deliberate tension: the weight of luxury finishes inside versus the natural generosity that surrounds the structure. Two worlds that don't oppose each other — they justify one another.
